Step 1: Fill out this form (MHS Student Vehicle Registration Form).

Step 2: After you have completed this form and have met with Ms. Baccam in the Main Office, you will be issued a Marshalltown High School parking sticker, assuming you don’t have any outstanding fees and/or attendance issues. In addition, you will need to bring a copy of the current insurance for the vehicle that you are registering along with your valid driver’s license. This sticker will be placed on the driver’s side “rear” window and is valid for one calendar school year.
